Client journey
How it works
A structured path from first conversation to ongoing optimization. Timing depends on access, feedback speed, platform review, and the complexity of the work. We do not promise fixed timelines or specific performance outcomes.
Discovery Call & Marketing Audit
We start with a structured conversation about your current marketing activity, goals, constraints, and how success is defined inside your organization. The audit may include a review of existing campaigns, analytics access (if granted), landing destinations, and any prior testing history.
What we do: Ask focused questions, review shared materials, identify obvious gaps in tracking or positioning, and determine whether a formal engagement is a sensible next step.
What you may need to provide: Overview of current channels and spend, access or screenshots of ad accounts and analytics (optional at this stage), description of the offer, and decision criteria.
Typical deliverables: A summary of observations and a recommendation on whether to proceed to a proposal.
What happens next: If both sides see a fit, we move to research and a written proposal. If not, we say so clearly.
Variables that affect timing: Scheduling, completeness of information shared, and complexity of the existing setup.
Research, Strategy & Proposal
We dig into audience, competitive context, channel options, and offer framing. Findings feed a strategy outline and a proposal that describes scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms.
What we do: Research relevant segments and platforms, outline recommended approaches, draft a scope of work, and present it for discussion.
What you may need to provide: Product or service details, customer profile notes, brand guidelines, budget parameters, and feedback on draft recommendations.
Typical deliverables: Strategy summary, proposed service mix, estimated timeline ranges (not fixed dates), and commercial terms for a separate written agreement.
What happens next: Agreement and kickoff, or revision of scope.
Variables: Research depth required, number of stakeholders, and how quickly feedback is returned.
Creative, Landing Page or Website Preparation
Assets and destinations are prepared so that when traffic is turned on, the experience matches the message and supports the intended action.
What we do: Creative briefs, asset production or direction, landing-page design and build (or recommendations for your developers), compliance checks, and pre-launch review.
What you may need to provide: Brand assets, approved claims, product imagery, legal or compliance sign-off, hosting or CMS access, and timely feedback on drafts.
Typical deliverables: Ad creative variants, landing page(s) or annotated requirements, tracking plan, and a launch checklist.
What happens next: Account configuration and campaign launch readiness.
Variables: Number of assets, revision rounds, third-party developer availability, and policy complexity.
Ad Account Setup & Campaign Launch
Accounts are structured, campaigns are built according to the agreed plan, and traffic is introduced under controlled conditions.
What we do: Account and campaign setup, audience and budget configuration, conversion tracking validation, soft launch or phased rollout as appropriate, and immediate monitoring for technical issues.
What you may need to provide: Ad account access or ownership confirmation, billing setup, final approval of creative and pages, and any required business verification documents.
Typical deliverables: Live campaigns, confirmation of tracking events, and an initial status report.
What happens next: Active optimization cycle.
Variables: Platform review times, account verification, and any last-minute creative or policy issues. Approval is never guaranteed.
Reporting, Testing & Optimization
Once campaigns are live, the focus shifts to reading the data, running intentional tests, and reallocating budget toward clearer signals.
What we do: Regular reporting against agreed metrics, structured tests (creative, audience, landing page), budget adjustments, and clear communication of what changed and why.
What you may need to provide: Feedback on lead or sales quality, operational capacity notes, and decisions on proposed tests or budget shifts.
Typical deliverables: Recurring reports, test logs, and optimization recommendations.
What happens next: Continue the cycle or identify candidates for scaling.
Variables: Data volume, sales-cycle length, and how quickly offline results can be fed back into the system.
Scaling Proven Opportunities
When certain combinations of audience, creative, and destination show more reliable signals, we expand those carefully while protecting efficiency.
What we do: Increase budget or inventory on stronger segments, introduce adjacent tests, maintain compliance discipline, and watch for diminishing returns.
What you may need to provide: Confirmation of capacity to handle additional volume, updated budget authority, and continued quality feedback.
Typical deliverables: Scale plans, updated forecasts (directional only), and continued reporting.
What happens next: Ongoing management or periodic strategy refresh.
Variables: Market saturation, competitive response, seasonal demand, and operational limits on the client side. Scaling does not guarantee continued efficiency.
Communication, approvals & responsibilities
Communication expectations
- Primary contact on both sides identified at kickoff
- Scheduled check-ins appropriate to campaign intensity
- Written summaries of material decisions
- Escalation path for urgent platform or compliance issues
Approvals & feedback
- Client owns final approval of creative claims and legal language
- Timely feedback keeps schedules realistic
- Changes after approval may affect cost and timing
- Platform policy decisions remain outside either party’s full control
Tracking & reporting overview
We agree on conversion definitions and reporting cadence up front. Reports emphasize clarity over volume of charts. Attribution will always have limits; we document assumptions.
Compliance checkpoints
Creative and landing pages are reviewed against known platform rules before major launches. Restricted categories receive extra scrutiny. Approval is still never guaranteed.
